Bossy Beauty ByQ Policies & Booking Guidelines Communication- *You’re more than welcome to call 912-322-2246 *I respond to clients text or inbox messages between 8am and 7pm Monday-Saturday. Deposit- $25 *ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! *All deposits will be deducted from the final service cost. *You have 15 minutes to send deposit, there will be NO holds. * If you have to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must do so with at least a 24 hour notice to reuse your deposit. ( you have 2 weeks to reschedule or you lose your deposit) *If you don’t reschedule 24 hours to your appointment you MUST pay another deposit to book. *NO CALL NO SHOW, YOU MUST PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT! *NO TRANSFER OF DEPOSIT(S) Reschedules- You may use your already paid deposit 1 time to reschedule. If you reschedule again you MUST pay another deposit! Refunds- *Please check your hair and voice your complaints prior to leaving. I will do everything in my power to ensure complete satisfaction prior to leaving. *NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU LEAVE. Late- *There is a 9 minute grace period. *After 10 minutes its a $10 late fee *MUST RESCHEDULE AFTER 15 MINUTES Hair Instructions- *If you are a first time client, you have to send a front & back picture to make sure i can provide you with the service you’re requesting. *MUST have clean hair, unless we communicate otherwise, ahead of time. *Product free Appointment Day- *All end balance payments must be paid in cash, on Zelle, or through booking site at the end of the appointment. *No kids or extra guest that is not being serviced. *You’re welcome to come 5-10 minutes early.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule 12 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours, you forfeit your deposit.
